We collect only the information you provide when booking or contacting us: your name, email address, and optional phone number. If you leave a comment or note, it is stored securely with your booking record. No payment details are processed on our website; payments are handled directly at dock or via approved invoice.

Purpose and lawful basis

Your data is used solely for arranging, confirming, or following up on a booking, as well as responding to your enquiry. The lawful basis for processing is the performance of a contract or the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR). For newsletter-style updates, consent is requested separately and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention and security

Data is kept for up to twelve months after your last outing or enquiry unless a legal requirement demands longer retention. All digital files are held on secure servers located in the United Kingdom with restricted access. We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and review access permissions periodically.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or trade personal information. Data is shared only with essential service providers such as our local IT hosting company when required for technical maintenance. Those partners are bound by strict confidentiality clauses and data-processing agreements.
